At The Loose Leaf Tea Company Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our tea, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or full refund.
Return Process

Ensure that the tea packaging remains unopened, original heat seals are intact, and you are within the 14-day return window.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Authorization code.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Send the package to our returns address using a tracked service; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
